Locating the Venezuelan-affiliated Oil Tanker Reportedly Pursued by American Maritime Authorities

A uniquely yellow-colored residential building in the background assisted us locate the video.
We are analyzing images and video circulated this morning that purport to show the aftermath of a reported car bomb blast that Russian officials say killed a high-ranking military officer in Moscow.
Officials in Russia confirmed that Lt Gen Fanil Sarvarov was in the car that detonated and that he later died to his wounds. A probe is currently ongoing.
Our starting point to verify the site of where the images were from was based on social media reports indicating the explosion happened on Yasenevaya Street in the southern part of the capital city of Russia.
We used street-view imagery on digital map platforms and the Russian search engine Yandex to match the unique yellow colour of a nearby residential complex seen in the footage.
Locating other buildings, lamp-posts and the street layout verified where the pictures were taken.
Additionally, we verified that the video clips were recent and that the images had not undergone manipulated.
